Returns
Full refunds may be granted on returned merchandise up to 30 days from the date of purchase for accessories, and 7 days for instruments. Refunds are only granted on unopened,unused products. Your original Morey's Music Store sales receipt is required for a full refund. Instruments must be in the same condition as purchased. Partial refunds may be provided for opened products returned no later than 10 days from the date of purchase. Returned opened products are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee. Money's will be reimbursed by means of original payment method. If purchase was made by credit card, the credit card must be present at time of return along with the original receipt. Due to copyright laws, sheet music and opened DVD's, CD's, tapes, and software are not exchangable or returnable. Morey's Music Store, Inc. reserves the right to deny granting any refund.

Value Guarantee
We guarantee the value on all of our Fine String Instruments (violin, viola, cello, upright string bass). We guarantee an 80% exchange value at Morey's Music, Inc. on instruments under $1,500.00 and 100% on instruments $1,500.00 and above. Exchange values apply for the same type of instrument of equal or greater value. Instruments need to be in similar condition as purchased when using the exchange value option.

Warranty
We offer a lifetime in-house warranty on the structural integrity of our Fine String Instruments including violins, violas, cellos, and string basses. This warranty covers normal wear and tear; accidental damage is not covered. Movable parts such as strings, pegs, bridges, tailpieces, and chin rests are not included in the warranty. We offer a one-year in-house warranty on all new Band Instruments. We offer a six-month in-house warranty on all used Band Instruments.
